For those of you whom were quite anxious about the migration from SMF to vBulletin: Fear not! The move from the old message board to the new went as smooth as silk. Well, aside from the fact that passwords had to be manually reset – which is par for the course when it comes to this kind of thing – and the slight hitch with member’s old avatars seemingly not surviving the move, everything went swimmingly. Not bad considering I only had the one practise run this morning before diving in at the deep end. God bless Impex, the mighty migrator of forum databases!
The next thing on the list is to give Resident Evil News a brand new feel; that means introducing a much more attractive look, additional features for members, a gallery complete with Resident Evil multimedia, and more. Not only that, there’s also a few extra boards that have been opened, too:
