Resident Evil: Degeneration Trailer

Yes! Finally a trailer for the eagerly-awaited Resident Evil: Degeneration has surfaced, and a mighty sexy trailer it is, too. Provided you are indeed old enough to watch the Resident Evil trailer, you'll no doubt notice the appearances of Claire Redfield and Leon S. Kennedy; two of the Resident Evil series' more popular characters. There are also a ton of zombies to be seen, too. Let's face it, Resident Evil wouldn't be Resident Evil without zombies, right? However, there isn't a whole lot else given away by the trailer, bar for the brief character sequences, that is.

There is also an absolutely stunning HD version of this Resident Evil: Degeneration trailer available over at GameTrailers and, if you happen to have access to a speedy broadband internet connection, I'd highly recommending heading over to GT and viewing the high definition version instead. The standard definition quality just doesn't do the trailer any justice compared to the high definition version.

But, I'm just curious now, what do you guys think of the first Resident Evil: Degeneration trailer? I don't doubt Sony Pictures will be releasing more and more videos as the movie moves closer to completion but, already, I'm impressed and really looking forward to checking out Resident Evil: Degeneration when it is finally released.     I've been following Resident Evil since I was 5 years old (hard to believe huh?) and this by far excites me. And the fact its Leon and Claire from RE 2 makes it even better. But as said, the cgi used for this is spectacular in the trailer. And in some aspect, I hope they stick to the old plot (zombies) and somewhat stay away from the RE 4's twist.

    Lookin forward to this movie.

    I too have been following resident evil since a young age. The first one that I played was resident evil 2. I love the whole aspect of r.e, but it seems that from the Sony films, that they have strayed from the horror and have created some kind of wierdass not-scary-at-all flick where men look almost completely useless. Leon has been and always will be my favorite character. If they can pull this off well and not make it like the other movies...I'll probably die of a heart attack when I see it.

    wow they gone and done it again this, time they took it to the next step, it excites me and i cant wait to this movie comes out i've been a resident evil fan for like 7 years and i am now 15 i played every single re game except re3 nemsis and soon to be realsed re5, wow i expecaly love resident evil extinction but getting back to the point mabe there are going to start making more movie realses like this one so they will not have to pay the actors to act, but yeah any one with any info on any thing a bout resident evil email me @ de99max@aol.com please thanks

    finaly a movie were the real carecters play a major role in the movie. i was getting so sick of that alison crap they just need to put a bullet through her skull and be done with it. leon and claire are my favrite carecters, though cris and jill can kick some major ass when the ocasion calls for it. cant wait to see this movie!!!

    wow this looks awesome while I may not be a vet to the series I just got into the games and currently own the last 2 released RE4 and RE:UC but I do know the story in the other ones so I get whats going on. though the zombie thing is great and something the capcom excels at. I would like to see something new too while still having the RE charm like 4

    Finnally a movie where the 2 greatest characters in r.e are in a movie! Seriosly, where the hell did Allison come from, and what's with the plot of those movies!!!!!!!!! When is this movie coming out, I, sadly, have no clue!!! AND THE NEXT MOVIE BETTER INCLUDE JILL CLAIRE LEON CHRIS, ETC.
    p.s: what happened to Sherry in r.e 2?

    Alas! Sony and CAPCOM Did some SENSE! This IS the resident evil, the true sense and paragon of survival horror. I really am pissed-off as to how Alice spoiled everything and selfishly swallowed every credits that were meant for the original characters like Leon and Claire.

    This is the sole reason as to why we can't let anyone make a movie other that the original Japanese makers. Didn't they learned what happened to the wasted Final Fantasy: The spirit within? Jeesh! If not for the Final Fantasy: Advent Children, I say that The put some disgraceful thing in the FF history. As for the Overly-murdered Resident evil movies, I say this next movie Resident Evil : Degeneration will make up for what Milla a.k.a Alice's done like selfishly swallowed every credits that were meant for the true main characters and the major damages to this title as well as for the original protagonists of the story.

    true, gill didnt have a great deal to do other than run from nemesis in R.E 2 but still. I think Alice plays her part pretty well. i am looking forward to this next film and do hope that the original R.E characters (Claire and Leon) have a substantial role in this film but i think along with Alice, this will turn out to be the best film yet. ihave to say i would also like to see the return of some enemies from RE such as the grave digger and the hunters. I was quite dissapointed where the "Main" enemy in RE1 was a Licker. there needs to be more major Biohazard Experiments brought in, with what our technology iscapable of today, that would be fuckin brilliant.

Leon will never appear as Paul Andreson Killed him in his so STUPID RE:2 Apocalypse. The original makers of Residen evil (BIOHAZARD) won't allow alice to be anywhere in their project and I think they have a point as Alice will just destroy their story. refrain from saying anything without knowing a thing. as I said I hate a know-it-all imp

    Interesting.. I wonder if f this will be released in theaters. Looks pretty good. Honestly, I was disapointed with the prior RE flicks, only because they don't fit into Capcom's plot at all.
    Bullsh*t..
    But hopefully this will bring some relief to the community.
    (I like that they decided to do it in CG.. Looks kewl)

    Dude... You have so serios issues u know that? This is the most stupid , senseless thing i have ever heard. leon and alice will work together and kill wesker? oh my dear god i m scratching my carpet i m slapping myself but i can't stop my laughing. hahahahahheuaheahehaeahe :D :D :D I ll tell this crap to all my friends they deserve to hear this bullshit too :D

    I tried to be optimistic about all these resident evil live action thing. But when i find out that leon has been declared as KILLED in fu**ing "Resident Evil 2 Apocalypse"
    It really got on my nerves. why the hell did u added leon to your fu**ing worhless scenario if u were planing to declare him "DEAD". He didn't show up in movie for a damned 1 milisecond and u sunnova ba***rd added him to your scenario to tell us that he was dead? paul anderson must not win an OSCAR but maybe a "golden idiot award".

    Paul Anderson thinks that he was successfull because of the RE movies 's great box office hits. LET ME TRY TO HELP U TO UNDERSTAND WITH YOUR LITTLE BRAIN PAUL .
