Resident Evil Degeneration Release Date

One of the more frequent questions that ResidentEvilNews.com receives - besides what is the official Resident Evil 5 Release Date - is what is the official Resident Evil Degeneration Release Date. And, I really wish I had an answer for you guys. I, too, am really excited about checking out Capcom's first effort at a totally CG Resident Evil movie.

The only problem, however, is that Capcom really isn't giving away much with regards to news or details about Resident Evil Degeneration. They know that Resident Evil fans all over the world are very eager to learn more about the movie but, at the stage, so early in Resident Evil Degeneration's production, I think it's a good idea that Capcom is playing their cards pretty close to their chests.

I'm not worried, though, I'm optimistic that Resident Evil Degeneration is going to be a great addition to the Resident Evil franchise.

But, until a solid release date for Resident Evil Degeneration is disclosed, I'm afraid I don't really have any answer for you guys. However, as soon as that magical release date is revealed, you can bet I'll be posting about it on ResidentEvilNews.com immediately.

I just don't get it...all this hype, anticipation, and still no current news? What's the big mystery? If they know it's not going to be out till 2009, why not just say that? I for one can't wait for the movie but please just some straight forward answers please..

hi guys , how r u doin ? it looks like Capcom has no more secrets to reveal , the cat is out of the bag , and now they find themselves without any idea to continue the saga. I really belive that Capcom must make a small reform in its stuff . After the amazing resident evil 4 , they felt unable to come back to the old traditions of Resident Evil , I mean , Zombies devasatating big cities , incredible monsters , more terrific mutations , it looks like Capcom chose another path for the future of its best project , but unfortunately they are in big lack of ideas and it's really noticeable that they are confused , you can just look at the old silenthill-like-resident evil 3.5 ( which I belive would have been 1000000 times much better than the current one ) and now they are in trouble with that video containing Both claire redfield and the "New" Leon S.Kennedy ..... Capcom you gotta find a solution baby , otherwise , you will lose more fans again :)

I think De-generation is Capcom's way of apologising for the horrible films already out... Let's face it, they killed off umbrella and the zombies along with it which is the EXACT reason I did not enjoy RE4 and now they realise that what the fans want is Gut Munching Zombies and Corrupt Pharmasutical empires...

I know what the story needs as a fan capcom should listen! The game and the story to the saga is starting to lose it's flare. I mean come on now resident evil is the best zombie series out there you just can't give up now. Maybe capcom needs to turn this towards the future now that we are do with the past. Start off a new story of what happens to these deadly zombies and mutants. Do they become weaker or stronger? Then with that you should add more survivors of the traffic inncident! Hello? Also add background info to that. The survivors should also build base and come up with communications to keep in contact with each other to help find a cure, oh and don't forget to make sure you add in slot of kick butt action that's what your fans like!

Release date is dec. 27, 2008. And i hope there is a shit load of lean and claire in this, as they are the best, and my personal favorites. Either way, i'll be getting it immediately. And they need to keep these people involved in RE5, whether they like it or not. They are the best.
