Yes, the definitive Resident Evil 5 release date has finally been confirmed! Hurrah! Despite some of the estimations made in the comments section of our previous Resident Evil 5 release date post – and some of you were pretty darn accurate – this new release date is absolutely official. The Chief Producer of Resident Evil 5, Jun Takeuchi, has confirmed the Resident Evil 5 release date as: Friday, March 13th 2009

Not a terribly long time to wait, right? Then again, for those of you who first heard about the existence of Resident Evil 5 back during the Microsoft’s X05 conference, you’re probably relieved to learn you won’t need to wait all that much longer.

Once again folks: The official Resident Evil 5 release date is: Friday, March 13th 2009

    360 and ps3 have there up and downs but 360 and no one can doubt this has way better online play and ps3 gives you a blu ray player but thats about it all the good main game titles for ps3 sold to microsoft, but when ps3 takes atvantage of the blu ray player for games it will have much better graphics then the xbox 360 will ever have but they haven’t taken atvantage of that yet so…

    unknown why the hell would you even be proud of working for EA come on the only game i even play from them is FIFA. SLASHnROSES is exactly right i would rather pay for a good live then a SH!T one. however i do love the graphics for the PS3 and it has my favourite game on it MGS4 until friday. :):):):) i love resident evil i still have every single resident evil and consoles to play them hell i love japan. im getting it on 360 without a doubt i was reading up on the DLC for the 360 and some sound f^cking awesome cant wait.
