Production Weekly is reporting that Paul W.S. Anderson is returning to the director's chair for Resident Evil: Afterlife. Anderson directed the first installment and stayed on board as a writer and producer for the two sequels. He wrote the fourth film as well. Sony's Screen Gems has set a September 17, 2010 release date for the fourth film that will again star Milla Jovovich at Cinespace Film Studios in Toronto.
Well, I'm not certain whether this is good or not, but hopefully they can make a good storyline. As stated in the quote, there will be another trilogy, starring Milla Jovovich. Maybe the storyline could turn out better this time around, after Anderson did direct the remake of Death Race.
Oh, and hello, I'm SR, I'm one of the new'er' editors! =)
