There’s still a week or two left before the majority of the world manages to get their hands on a copy of Resident Evil: Revelations for the 3DS, but, for our friends residing in the Land of the Rising Sun, they’re able to enjoy it as of today. Yes, Japan is currently enjoyable a brief stint of exclusivity with the game, which both makes us pleased and a tiny bit envious of our friends half-way across the world.
Still, during the achingly long wait for the game to reach our shores, we have at least been treated to a handful of new screenshots which show off a fair amount of characters, locales, and, of course, horrifying monsters. Why series’ muscleman, Chris Redfield, is seen brandishing the sort of weapon you might expect to see in a Devil May Cry game, we’ll never know; well, we will, but not until early-February when the game is unleashed upon us.
